I found this dress at Goodwill a while ago, the beading is really lovely. The shoes were a score at Crossroads, $60!!! I saw a girl try them on but then put them back. I died.
I was feeling lazy so I decided to try some man-repelling in the form of layering and mixing prints. I realized half way through I didn't have a flannel! But I at least had this denim button down. These jeans are the only ones I wear regularly. They are so unique and super soft.
My latest and greatest find from the Jet Rag $1 sale. If you are in the LA area and have not been yet, check it out! I suggest going with at least one friend though so you can compete with the groups who grab tons of stuff. They open the new bins around 10:30. Make sure to get there by 10:00 to stake your claim!
At first I thought this dress was an apron but once I took it home and looked closer, I realized it was a wrap dress! It is definitely homemade and I'm guessing 70s from the feel of the polyester fabric.
I wanted desperately to wear this fabulous Balenciaga top even though it was a bit dressy for school. I figured pairing it with creepers would give it just enough quirk.

When I first saw these pants I loved the pattern but thought they were a bit "grandma." However, once I put them on I realized they were in fact grandma chic. C'est parfait! I was working with the purple in my hair to create a cohesive color palette.

We went to McQueen and YSL cause really what else do you need? I just wish FNO was happening until later! 9pm is way to early to end the party. I really wish we could always shop while sipping champagne.

This outfit was an attempt at being fun and a bit crazy while at the same time being appropriately dressed for work. I just kept mixing colors and prints until it felt "done."
It was love at first sight with this checkerboard velvet crop top. Such a clash of fabric and color! Lately, when I go to parties people ask me if its 90s theme. With that I angrily reply, "No... This is just how I dress..." Awkward! Whatever, I know I'm Absolutely Fabulous!
I had to go to class but I felt like partying! So, to fill that void I decided to just dress like I was going to a party and still go to class. Its a party of flowers, ruffles, hearts, and oversize pearls to add a bit of playful glamour.
